PowerSHEAT carbonheating

For many decades Huikeshoven delivers solutions based on heating cables. Often as tracing, but also used in jackets, hoses and mats. In many situations are these reliable heating cables a good solution. However sometimes there are some more requirements of a heating product. For example a simpler processing, fully integrated into a material and a completely evenly heating surface.

We have been working on it for a several of years, but now we can proudly mention that we together with Lantor may introduce the PowerSheat on the market. PowerSheat is based on a fleece, impregnated with carbon particles and provided with copper conductors. The heating can be fully integrated into a composite, which will create no risk off delamination. The heating is completely uniform distributed over the surface. This makes it possible to be able to heat highly efficiently at the surface of the product. The first solutions have been realized in molds for rotor blades, tanks and composite bridges.

During the JEC 2015, the international launch took place in Paris and applications now come from all over the world for various applications.
